摘要
研究不同含量Y及不同轧制温度对AZ31镁合金板材再结晶行为、显微组织以及力学性能的影响;探讨如何优化Y元素含量及轧制工艺来提高变形镁合金板材的组织和性能,从而获得高强韧、高成形性镁合金板材。结果表明:Y元素含量约为1%,轧制温度约为300℃时,变形镁合金的强韧性配合最好,板材具有较好的综合力学性能。研究结果有望为改善镁合金室温塑性与提高可成形性能提供了理论依据和新思路。
The effects of rare earth element Y contents and rolling temperatures on the recrystallization behavior, microstructure and mechanical properties of the AZ31 magnesium alloy sheets were analyzed. The ways of obtaining high toughness and high formability of the alloy sheets were explored by optimizing the Y content and the rolling process. The results show that the alloy can achieve a good match between the strength and the toughness and excellent mechanical properties when the T content is 1% and the rolling temperature is 300 ~C. The research for the improvement of the ductility and formability of AZ31 magnesium alloy sheets at room temperature provides a theoretical basis.
