摘要
以天津文化中心交通枢纽Z1段实际工程为背景,在ABAQUS有限元分析软件下建立了超深地下连续墙钢筋笼三维有限元模型,研究55 m深超长的一字型钢筋笼在不同起吊工况情况下一次吊装入槽的吊装工程模拟分析,并结合现场实测吊装过程数据比较分析,为后续的实际吊装过程中可能出现的问题和风险提前给出了较全面的分析。
Based on Zl-section of Tianjin cultural centre transport hub, the model of super deep reinforcement cage for diaphragm wall was built by the ABAQUS finite element analysis software and site monitoring method. It was mainly studied one-time hoisting process of "1" shape 55 m reinforcement cage in different conditions. ABAQUS could predict the construction preparation and construction process, and also provide hoisting parameters for the actual hoisting procedure. The predicted results could analyze potential problems and risks of the actual hoisting process.
