经济发展与建筑结构的安全性

ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND SAFETY OF BUILDING STRUCTURES

通过对建筑结构安全度与经济发展的关系展开研究,分析近年来我国经济发展对我国建筑结构安全性调整的影响,比较中国、美国和英国的经济发展状况及混凝土建筑的安全性。分析表明,我国2000年前后建筑结构安全度的调整是我国经济发展到一定程度的结果;我国单位面积建筑投资远低于美国,刚超过英国;按钢筋混凝土建筑结构分析,我国规范的安全度均低于美国和英国;建筑结构的安全度与一个国家的经济发展水平有密切的关系,但安全度并不是随经济发展无限增大的,需要考虑资源向整个社会分配的均衡。

The relationship between safety of building structures and economic development was studied. The impact of economic development recently in china on the safety level adjustment for building structures was analyzed. A comparison of economy development and safety of concrete building structures in China, United States and United Kingdom was made. The analysis indicated that as a consequence of rapid development of Chinese economy, the safety level of building structures upgraded in 2000. The cost for construction in unit area in China is far lower than that in US and slightly higher than UK. The safety level with respect to reinforced building structures is lower than US and UK in the order of 20% and 10% respectively. It concluded that although the safety level of building structures relate closely with the economic development, yet there should be a upper-limit which depends, on the balance of economy of a country.
