血清胱蛋白酶抑制剂C及β_2微球蛋白和尿素氮联合检测在评价缺氧缺血性脑病新生儿肾损害中的价值 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨血清胱蛋白酶抑制剂C(Cys-C)、β2微球蛋白(β2-MG)和尿素氮(BUN)联合检测在评价缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)新生儿肾损害中的临床价值。方法选择50例HIE新生儿(HIE组)和30例健康新生儿(对照组),比较2组新生儿血清Cys-C、β2-MG和BUN水平。结果轻、中、重度HIE组患儿血清Cys-C、β2-MG和BUN水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);中度HIE组患儿血清Cys-C、β2-MG和BUN水平显著高于轻度HIE组(P<0.05);重度HIE组患儿血清Cys-C、β2-MG和BUN水平显著高于轻、中度HIE组(P<0.05)。结论血清Cys-C联合β2-MG和BUN检测在HIE新生儿肾损害早期诊断中有重要临床意义。 Objective To study the clinical value of serum cystatin C ( Cys-C), 132 microglobulin([32-MG) and blood u- rea nitrogen(BUN) in evaluating renal damage of newborn infants with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE). Methods Fifty patients with HIE( HIE group)and thirty healthy newborn infants( control group)were selected in the study, and the levels of serum Cys-C, [32-MG and BUN were compared between the two groups. Results The levels of serum Cys-C, [32-MG and BUN in mild ,moderate and severe HIE group were significantly higher than those in control group( P 〈 0.05 ) ;the levels of se- rum Cys-C, [32-MG and BUN in moderate HIE group were significantly higher than those in mild HIE group ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; the levels of serum Cys-C, 132 -MG and BUN in severe HIE group were significantly higher than those in mild and moderate HIE group(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Combined detection of serum Cys-C, β2-MG and BUN in early diagnosing renal damage of newborn infants with HIE has important clinical value.
