摘要
目的探讨血清胱蛋白酶抑制剂C(Cys-C)、β2微球蛋白(β2-MG)和尿素氮(BUN)联合检测在评价缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)新生儿肾损害中的临床价值。方法选择50例HIE新生儿(HIE组)和30例健康新生儿(对照组),比较2组新生儿血清Cys-C、β2-MG和BUN水平。结果轻、中、重度HIE组患儿血清Cys-C、β2-MG和BUN水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);中度HIE组患儿血清Cys-C、β2-MG和BUN水平显著高于轻度HIE组(P<0.05);重度HIE组患儿血清Cys-C、β2-MG和BUN水平显著高于轻、中度HIE组(P<0.05)。结论血清Cys-C联合β2-MG和BUN检测在HIE新生儿肾损害早期诊断中有重要临床意义。
Objective To study the clinical value of serum cystatin C ( Cys-C), 132 microglobulin([32-MG) and blood u- rea nitrogen(BUN) in evaluating renal damage of newborn infants with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE). Methods Fifty patients with HIE( HIE group)and thirty healthy newborn infants( control group)were selected in the study, and the levels of serum Cys-C, [32-MG and BUN were compared between the two groups. Results The levels of serum Cys-C, [32-MG and BUN in mild ,moderate and severe HIE group were significantly higher than those in control group( P 〈 0.05 ) ;the levels of se- rum Cys-C, [32-MG and BUN in moderate HIE group were significantly higher than those in mild HIE group ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; the levels of serum Cys-C, 132 -MG and BUN in severe HIE group were significantly higher than those in mild and moderate HIE group(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Combined detection of serum Cys-C, β2-MG and BUN in early diagnosing renal damage of newborn infants with HIE has important clinical value.
