建设社区教育网站对于加强社区教育实践宣传、推进交流合作、提升内涵品质具有重要作用。"江苏学习在线"平台基于打造省级社区教育宣传门户的框架设计,以文本、图片、视频等多种格式或组合模式,实现了宣传功能的分工与合作,使江苏全省社区教育的最新动态、发展成果、主题活动及特色项目等,全面、生动、及时地呈现在社会公众面前。通过探索新闻宣传的创新机制、扩大项目实践的激励效应、推进系统联动的实际行动,"江苏学习在线"对新闻宣传引领学习实践进行了有效的创新探索。

The construction of community education website plays an important role to strengthen practice and propaganda, promote exchange and cooperation, and improve connotation and quality for community education. ＂Jiangsu Learning Online＂ is based on creating frame design for propaganda portal of community education at the provincial level, which achieved the assignment and cooperation of propaganda function by using the text, pictures, and videos or combined modes. It presents the developing achievements, theme activities and characteristic projects for community education of Jiangsu province in the social public comprehensively, vividly and timely. At the same time, through discovering innovation mechanism of news propaganda, promoting motivational effect of project practice and advancing the actual action of system linkage, ＂Jiangsu Learning Online＂ leads study practice by the news propaganda to practice effective innovation.
