我国新生代农民工教育与培训研究综述

Review of the New Migrant Workers' Education and Training Research

近年来,我国新生代农民工教育与培训研究取得了一定进展,通过对现有成果中新生代农民工的概况与时代特征、对教育培训的需求、教育培训的现状与困境以及解决对策等四大模块进行归纳与总结,以揭示出我国新生代农民工教育与培训研究尚存在研究对象有待深化、研究内容急需扩展与研究视角过于单一等不足之处,进而对我国新生代农民工教育与培训研究的可能走向做出预测。

In recent years, progress has been made on the research of new migrant workers＇ education and training in China. Through the summary of the four major modules in existing research such as the new migrant workers＇ characteristics of times, their needs on education, status and plight of training and the countermeasures, to reveal the research object is still required to be deepened, the content is in great need of expansion and the angle of view is too simple. Finally this paper predicts the possible trends of this study.
