摘要
在酸性介质中,高锰酸钾氧化罗丹明B产生微弱的化学发光,叶酸的存在增强该体系的发光信号强度。利用发光强度与叶酸浓度在一定范围内呈线性关系,结合固相萃取除杂技术,建立流动注射化学发光测定叶酸的新方法,并对试验条件进行优化。在最优条件下,叶酸在0.1—5.0μg·L-1范围内与发光强度呈良好的线性关系,检出限是0.02μg·L-1。对1.0μg·L-1的叶酸标准溶液平行测定11次,平行测得值的RSD为3.7%。将本法用于保健品中叶酸的测定,结果满意。
The method of solid-phase extraction and flow injection chemiluminescence(CL) was developed which based on the oxidation of folic acid by permanganate solution in acid medium to give weak CL signal which is dramatically enhanced by rhodamine B.The CL signal is linear with folic acid concentration in a certain range.Under optimum conditions,the CL emission allows quantitation of folic acid concentration in the range 0.1—5.0μg·L-1 with a detection limit of 0.02μg·L-1.The relative standard deviation is 3.7% for 1.0μg·L-1 folic acid.The method was applied to determinate of folic acid in health food products with a satisfied result.
