应用点胶压盖技术提高白光数码管发光效率 被引量:2

Improving Luminous Efficiency of White Light Digital Tube by Applying Dispensing Cover Technology

摘要 由于采取蓝光芯片与黄色荧光粉YAG:Ce3+复合产生的空封白光数码管存在光通量低的缺点,提出采用点胶技术,利用环氧树脂折射率高可以增加数码管光子逸出数、光衰效应低等优点,提高数码管的发光强度和发光效率。实验测试了各20个空封贴片白光数码管、不封装蓝光数码管和点胶压盖白光数码管,数码管基板固晶蓝光芯片主波长为460—462.5nm,使用透明环氧树脂胶、YAG:Ce3+黄色荧光粉,在20mA正向电流作用下,测试光通量、发光强度、发光效率3个指标,获得3种数码管的曲线比较图。结果显示,应用点胶压盖技术数码管的发光强度和发光效率比空封数码管分别提高60.94%和46.54%,测试结果较好地显示了应用点胶压盖技术数码管的优点。 Since the empty sealing white light digital tube which was composed of blue chip and yellow phosphor powder YAG:Ce3+ had the disadvantage of low luminous flux,this paper suggested applying dispensing technology,which took the advantage of the character of epoxy resin to improve the luminous intensity and luminous efficiency of digital tube.Epoxy resin had a high refractive index which could increase the work number of digital tube photon and a weak damping effect to light.The experiments tested twenty empty sealing patch white light digital tubes,twenty no-sealing blue light digital tubes and twenty dispensing cover white light digital tubes,of which the blue light's main wavelength was 460 to 462.5nm.Under 20mA forward current,it used transparent epoxy resin,YAG:Ce3+ yellow phosphor powder to test luminous flux,luminous intensity and luminous efficiency,and gained diagram of three curves.The results of experiment is that the luminous intensity and luminous efficiency,of dispensing cover digital tubes rose 60.94% and 46.54% than empty sealing digital tubes.The result showed the advantage of dispensing cover digital tubes.
