摘要
用分光光度法测定了二氢杨梅素与Co()反应的配比和条件稳定常数,结果表明,pH=7.4的NaH2PO4-Na2HPO4缓冲溶液中,二氢杨梅素与Co()配位,采用等摩尔连续变化法测得二氢杨梅素-Co()配合物的配位比为2∶1,计算得到该配合物的条件稳定常数为6.47×1013L2.mol-2;清除自由基试验结果表明,二氢杨梅素-钴()配合物清除羟基自由基的能力强于配体二氢杨梅素。
The molar ratio and the conditional stability constant were detected by spectrophotometry.In the buffer solution of NaH2PO4-Na2HPO4(pH=7.4),Co(Ⅱ) reacted with dihydromyricetin to form complex.The ratio of Co(Ⅱ) and dihydromyricetin in the complex was 1∶2 and the conditional stability constant was 6.47×1013L2·mol-2.The scavenying ·OH free radical capacity of dihydromyricetin-Co(Ⅱ) complex was stronger than that of dihydromyricetin.
