摘要
对厌氧出水作为配料水回用于柠檬酸发酵做了初步研究,包括厌氧出水中的氨氮对柠檬酸发酵的影响和相关预处理技术。实验表明,厌氧出水中的氨氮会使培养基氮源过量,造成产酸降低。对厌氧出水采用气提脱氨处理可以去除氨氮从而降低抑制,再经过混凝处理去除水中固形物后,抑制基本消除。最终酸度比未处理提高17.3%,比去离子水对照低2.8%,达到正常产酸水平。该技术既减少了污染又节约了水资源,具有一定的应用潜力。
The process of recycling anaerobic effluent as cooking water for citric acid fermentation was studied, which included the effect of ammonia nitrogen on citric acid fermentation and related pretreatment. The results showed that ammonia nitrogen in the anaerobic effluent caused the excess of nitrogen source of medium, which reduced the citric acid yield. The inhibition was reduced after ammonia nitrogen removal by air stripping treatment and then was basically eliminated after solid content removal by coagulation treatment. Finally, the citric acid yield of treated sam- ple was 17.3% higher than that of untreated sample and 2.8% less than that of deionized water sample, which reached the normal level. The recycling process reduced pollution and saved water resource, so it should possess some application potential.
