刚毛藻稀碱处理液发酵制备饲料酵母 被引量:1

Optimization of fermentation process for producing fodder yeast with dilute alkali solution of Cladophora

摘要 研究了利用刚毛藻稀碱处理液发酵制备饲料酵母的工艺条件。通过单因素实验和正交试验,得到最佳培养条件为:温度30℃,发酵液中初始糖浓度3.5 g/L,接种量20%(v/v),pH 4.8,(NH4)2SO45 g/L。在最优条件下培养48 h,发酵液中菌体干重为(6.74±0.83)g/L,粗蛋白量可达15.12 g/L,酵母对发酵液中还原糖的利用率为94.8%。 Fermentation process for production of fodder yeast using dilute alkali solution of Cladophora were studied and optimized in this paper through single factor and orthogonal design experiments. The results showed that the optimal combinations were as follow : culture temperature was 30℃ , the initial concentration of reducing sugar in fermentation broth was 3.5 g/L, inoculation level was 20% and (NH4) 2SO4 5 g/L. Dry weight of yeast was 6.74±0. 83 g/L and the crude protein in fermentation broth could reach 15.12 g/L and the utilization rate of reducing sugar was 94. 8% after 48 h of fermentation under these conditions.
