摘要
采用高效液相色谱-紫外可见检测法同时测定食品中3种人工合成甜味剂阿斯巴甜、安赛蜜、纽甜的含量。Thermo Scientific APS-ZHYPERSIL Dim色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,粒径5μm),柱温为室温,流动相为乙腈∶水=60∶40(V∶V,500mL流动相,加1滴浓HCl),流速为0.5mL/min,检测波长210nm,整个分离过程在5min内完成。3种甜味剂线性回归方程相关系数r在0.9991—0.9996之间。阿斯巴甜、安赛蜜、纽甜的检出限分别为4.658×10-5、2.245×10-4、2.515×10-5g/L。样品加标回收率在95.3%—104.6%,相对标准偏差在1.3%—3.8%。该方法简便、灵敏、快速、可靠、重现性好,能用于食品中3种甜味剂的同时测定。
The method of simultaneous determination of three kinds of artificial sweetener aspartame,acesulfame potassium,neotame content was established by HPLC-UV-visible detection.Thermo Scientific APS-ZHYPERSIL Dim(250mm×4.6mm,particle size 5μm) column was used,and the column was kept at room temperature.Acetonitrile:water=60∶40(V∶V,500mL mobile phase with 1drop of concentrated HCl) was adopted as mobile phase at the flow rate of 0.5mL/min,detector wavelength being set at 210nm.The separation process could be completed within 5min.The linear regression equation correlation coefficient r for three kinds of sweeteners was between 0.9991 and 0.9996.The detection limit of aspartame,acesulfame potassium and neotame was 4.658×10-5,2.245×10-4,2.515×10-5g/L respectively.The spiked recoveries were within the range of 95.3% to 104.6%,and the relative standard deviation was kept between 1.3% and 3.8%.The method is simple,sensitive,rapid,reliable,well reproducible,and can be used for determination of three sweeteners in food simultaneously.
