一个Schiff碱配体的镍和锌配合物的合成及晶体结构

Synthesis and Crystal Structures of Nickel(Ⅱ) and Zinc(Ⅱ) Complexes with Schiff Base Ligand of 2-Methoxybenzaldehyde

摘要 合成了两个含邻甲氧基苯甲醛Schiff碱配体的单核过渡金属配合物:Ni(C15H13N2O3)2(1)和Zn(C15H13N2O3)2(2)。采用元素分析和单晶X-射线衍射对制备的晶体进行了结构表征。结构分析表明,这两个配合物属于异质同晶,晶体属四方晶系,空间群为P41212,Z=4。镍原子和锌原子都形成了扭曲的八面体配位构型。配体的酚氧原子(O1和O1A)未与金属原子配位,而甲氧基的氧原子(O3和O3A)却与金属原子配位。 Two mononuclear transition metal complexes with the ligand of N-(2-Methoxybenzaldehyde)-N′-salicyloyl hydrazone,Ni(C15H13N2O3)2(1) and Zn(C15H13N2O3)2(2),were prepared and structurally characterized by means of elemental analysis and X-ray single-crystal diffraction.The results of structural analysis indicate that two complexes are allomeric and they crystallize in tetragonal system.The space group is P41212,Z=4.The coordination geometry around nickel(Ⅱ) and zinc(Ⅱ) is a distoted octahedron.The phenol O atoms of the ligand are not coordinated to metal ions,however,the methoxy O atoms are coordinated to metal ions.
