复方辛芷鼻腔黏附剂的提取工艺

Extraction of Xin Zhi Nasal Adhesion Agent

优选复方辛芷鼻腔黏附剂处方中药材的提取工艺。采用正交试验,以木兰脂素和欧前胡素含量为评价指标,用RP-HPLC检测指标成分的含量,考察溶媒用量、提取时间和提取次数对提取工艺的影响。最佳提取工艺为A1B1C3,即用8倍量的乙酸乙酯热回流3次,每次1h。热回流法更适用于本制剂中木兰脂素和欧前胡素的提取,提取效率高且工艺简单。

To optimize the extraction conditions of xin zhi nasal adhesion agent,the extraction conditions of medicinal materials were optimized with the magnolin and imperatorin content as the index using orthogonal test,which were determined by RH-HPLC.The effect on the extraction of the three following factors：volume of the solvent,extraction time,extraction times were observed.The optimum conditions is A1B1C3.That is,adding 8 times of ethyl acetate,refluxing and extracting for 3h,totally extracting 3 times.The heat-refluxing method was suitable for the extraction of the magnolin and imperatorin content for its simpleness and high effectiveness.
