摘要
设计合成了荧光探针1,2,2,3-四甲基-4,5-苯并吲哚啉,通过荧光光谱研究了其与CN-的识别和传感作用,结果表明该化合物对CN-具有很高的选择性,同时引起荧光光谱比率的变化。Job曲线表明该探针与CN-是以1∶1计量比作用,并初步探讨了其与CN-的作用模式和荧光变化机理。
A ratiometric fluorescent cyanide probe 1,2,2,3-tetramethyl-1-H-benzo[e] indolinim iodide(1) was synthesized.Probe 1 was fully investigated to cyanide ion,as well as other anions,by their fluorescence spectra,and it shown a high selectivity to cyanide ions.The stoichiometric ratio between probe 1 and cyanide ion was 1∶1 based on the Job' plot.The binding mode and the mechanism of fluorescence change of probe 1 and cyanide ion were briefly discussed.
