丁香叶中总黄酮提取工艺及数学模拟 被引量:4

Extraction of total flavonoids from leaves of Syringa oblata Lindl.and numerical simulation

摘要 目的:为了研究丁香叶中总黄酮的提取工艺。方法:通过四元二次旋转正交设计,研究了液料比、时间、乙醇体积分数、温度4个工艺因素对丁香叶中总黄酮提取率的影响,建立了总黄酮提取率的二次回归方程。结果:4个因素对总黄酮提取率的影响依次为时间>液料比>乙醇体积分数>温度;通过典形分析确定最佳工艺参数为:液料比30 mL.g-1、时间2.4 h、乙醇体积分数66%,温度63℃,丁香叶总黄酮提取率为3.64%。结论:所得回归模型拟合情况良好,可用来指导规模化生产。 OBJECTIVE To study the extraction processing of total flavonoids from leaves of Syringa oblata Lindl.. METH- ODS By means of orthogonally rotational combination design, the effect of four factors (ratio of solvent to dry Syringa oblata leaves, extraction time, ethanol volume fraction and temperature) on the total flavonoids extraction ratio were studied, quad- ratic regression equation of total flavonoids was constructed. RESULTS The effects order of four factors on the content of total flavonoids were as follows: extraction time, the ratio of solvent to dry leaves of Syringa oblata Lindl. , ethanol concentration and extraction temperature. The optimal conditions for maximizing for total flavonoids (3. 64%) are treated for 2. 4 hours at 63℃and the ratio of solvent to dry leaves of Syringa oblata Lindl. of 30:1 at 66% ethanol volume fraction. CONCLUSION The regression model fits well and may be applied to direct the product in a large scale.
