毛细管气相色谱法测定盐酸吉西他滨中5种有机溶剂残留量 被引量:5

摘要 目的:建立测定盐酸吉西他滨中甲醇、丙酮、乙腈、醋酸乙酯和苯甲醚5种有机溶剂残留量的分析方法。方法:采用毛细管气相色谱法,检测器:FID;检测器温度:300℃;进样器温度:250℃;载气:氮气;程序升温:40℃维持10min,10℃.min-1升温至200℃,维持4 min。甲醇、丙酮、乙腈和醋酸乙酯顶空进样,苯甲醚直接进样。结果:甲醇、丙酮、乙腈、醋酸乙酯和苯甲醚分别在60.18~601.80μg.mL-1(r=0.999 8),100.34~1003.40μg.mL-1(r=0.999 8),8.28~82.80μg.mL-1(r=0.999 8),100.26~1002.60μg.mL-1(r=0.999 8),20.09~200.90 mg.mL-1(r=0.999 8)质量浓度范围内线性关系良好。平均回收率(n=9)分别为98.42%(RSD=1.27%),100.42%(RSD=0.85%),99.27%(RSD=2.01%),97.78%(RSD=0.80%),98.90%(RSD=1.17%)。结论:该方法灵敏、准确、快速简便,可有效地控制盐酸吉西他滨原料药中有机溶剂残留量。
