摘要
对欧洲18个发展成熟并具有代表性的网络资源采集与保存项目进行调研,并对其在法律支持、建设模式、采集方法、资源展示等方面的特点进行深入剖析,提出加强合作建设、制定采集标准、加快立法工作和重视人才培养等建议,希望为我国的网络资源保存提供借鉴。
