摘要
图书馆员心理工作环境是馆员对工作情境中个人、图书馆组织、工作特征、人际关系等方面综合知觉的认知反馈。经过开放式问卷访谈、预试及正式调查程序,研究证实中国文化背景下馆员心理工作环境是一个具有五维结构的概念,包括公平感、社会链结、价值观、社会性报酬、工作控制感,并且可以测量。研究编制的测量问卷具有良好的信度和效度,可作为相关研究的参考工具。
Psychological work environment of librarians is one kind of cognitive feedbacks of multiple perceptions, which includes librarian's personality, organization, job characteristics, interpersonal relationships, etc. With open- ended questionnaire, pre-testing and a formal investigation procedure, this paper confirms that librarians' psychological working environment in Chinese culture is the concept of five-dimensional structure, which includes fairness, social links, values, social rewards and job control which all are measurable. The results show that the Cronbach' s Alpha of the questionnaire in the study is 0.95, the total variance of 66.73% can be explained, and it has good construct validity and criterion validity.
