摘要
目前对混凝土腐蚀疲劳问题主要集中在试验研究,难以揭示其变形和破坏的物理机制。针对这一问题,根据扩散理论及损伤力学理论建立了疲劳荷载与硫酸盐腐蚀耦合作用下水泥混凝土应力的数值求解方法。主要推导出受疲劳荷载作用的混凝土扩散系数公式,建立了硫酸盐腐蚀与疲劳荷载耦合关系,分析不同外界环境条件对疲劳荷载与硫酸盐耦合作用下水泥混凝土内部应力的影响,为疲劳荷载与硫酸盐腐蚀耦合作用下水泥混凝土构件损伤演化与寿命预测奠定基础。
Research of concrete under corrosion fatigue is mainly focused on experimental research which is difficult to reveal the physical mechanism of deformation and failure.For this problem,the numerical solution of the cement concrete internal stress under the fatigue load coupled with the sulfate corrosion was established,based on diffusion theory and damage mechanics theory.The formula of diffusion coefficient of cement concrete under the fatigue load was deduced,and coupled relation between sulfate corrosion and fatigue load was established.Based on a computational example,effects of different parameters on the inner stress under corrosion fatigue were analyzed.All of these lay the foundation for cement concrete damage evolution analysis under the fatigue load coupled with the sulfate corrosion.
