玄武岩纤维增强水泥砂浆力学性能试验研究 被引量:13

Experimental Study on the Mechanical Properties of Basalt Fiber-based Cementitious Mortar

摘要 为研究玄武岩纤维在水泥基材料中的增强效果,通过控制玄武岩纤维的掺量并引入其它种类的纤维设计了玄武岩纤维增强水泥砂浆、浸胶玄武岩纤维与合成纤维混杂纤维增强水泥砂浆、浸胶玄武岩纤维与单丝玄武岩短切纱混杂纤维增强水泥砂浆等3组水泥砂浆试件。根据抗压及抗折强度指标研究了玄武岩纤维及其它纤维混杂对水泥基体材料的增强作用。结果表明,纤维的摻入,尤其是浸胶玄武岩纤维的掺入能够有效地提高水泥基体的强度,其抗压及抗折强度提高率分别为19.2%和35.6%。该试验可为推广运用玄武岩纤维提供一定的理论依据和试验参考。 In order to investigate the effect of fibers in cementitious composites materials,3 groups of cement-based mortar were made with different content of basalt fiber and other types of fibers,including basalt fiber reinforced mortar,soared glue basalt fiber and synthetic fiber reinforced mortar and soared glue basalt fiber and chopped yarn basalt fiber reinforced mortar.The compressive and tensile strength of samples were used to estimate the influence of incorporated basalt fiber and other fibers in cement-based materials.The result shows that the incorporation of fibers can effectively enhance the strength of cementitious materials,especially for soared glue basalt fiber,the improvement of strength with it on compressive and tensile strength are to 19.2% and 35.6%,respectively.This paper provides bases and references for extending use and scientific research of basalt fiber.
