摘要
18所北京高校的调查表明,2012届毕业生就业意愿的非均衡性、就业行为的分层性、就业结果的差异性均较强。大学生就业问题是很多方面问题的一个缩影,要从根本上解决大学生就业问题,需要大学生主动地积聚和展示更大的就业能量,更需要高校提供更好的能量储备条件。
Based on a survey of 18 universities in Beijing in 2012, divergent employment intention and results of college students were shown. The problem of employment is a microcosm of a lot of problems. To solve it fundamentally, students should accumulate employment of energy , and universities need to provide better energy storage conditions.
