腹针治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫疗效观察

Therapeutic Observation on Abdominal Acupuncture for Diabetic Gastroparesis

目的观察腹针治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫的临床疗效。方法将70例糖尿病胃轻瘫患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组35例。两组均给予糖尿病常规治疗,治疗组采用腹针治疗,对照组口服莫沙必利治疗。两组治疗1个疗程后评定疗效,并观察治疗前后糖化血红蛋白及胃动素的变化情况。结果两组治疗后总体症状评分与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后总体症状评分与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后血清胃动素水平与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后血清胃动素水平与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后糖化血红蛋白水平与同组治疗前比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率为91.4%,对照组为71.4%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹针是一种治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫的有效方法,可调整血糖,调节胃肠激素分泌水平。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of abdominal acupuncture in treating diabetic gastroparesis. Method Seventy patients with diabetic gastroparesis were randomized into a treatment group and a control group, 35 each. The two groups were both given conventional treatment for diabetes. In addition, the treatment group received abdominal acupuncture, and the control group received oral Mosapride. Therapeutic efficacy was evaluated after 1 treatment course; Glycosylated hemoglobin and motilin levels were determined before and after treatment. Result The two groups both had significant changes in general symptom score after treatment （P〈0.05）. After treatment, the treatment group was significantly different from the control group in comparing the general symptom score （P〈0.05）. The two groups both had marked changes in serum motilin level after treatment （P 〈0.05）. After treatment, the treatment group was significantly different from the control group in comparing serum motilin （P〈 0.05）. The treatment group had marked change in serum motilin level after treatment （P〈0.05）. The total effective rate was 91.4% in the treatment group versus 71.4% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Abdominal acupuncture is an effective approach in treating diabetic gastroparesis, by regulating blood sugar and gastrointestinal hormone levels.
