针灸治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎疗效观察

Therapeutic Observation on Acupuncture-moxibustion for Chronic Abacterial Prostatitis

目的观察针灸治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法将61例慢性非细菌性前列腺炎患者随机分为治疗组31例和对照组30例。治疗组采用针灸治疗,对照组采用口服普适泰片治疗。比较两组治疗前后最大尿流率、前列腺白细胞计数及临床疗效。结果两组治疗后最大尿流率与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后最大尿流率与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后前列腺白细胞计数与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率为87.1%,对照组为70.0%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针灸是一种治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的有效方法。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of acupuncture-moxibustion in treating chronic abacterial prostatitis （CAP）. Method Sixty-one CAP patients were randomized into a treatment group of 31 cases and a control group of 30 cases. The treatment group was intervened by acupuncture-moxibustion therapy, while the control group was by Prostat Tablets via oral administration. The maximum flow rate and leukocyte count of before and after treatment and clinical effect were compared in the two groups. Result The two groups both had significant changes in the maximum flow rate after treatment （P〈0.01,P〈0.05）. After treatment, the difference in the maximum flow rate between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. After treatment, the difference in the leukocyte count between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The total effective rate was 87.1% in the treatment group versus 70.0% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Acuouncture-moxibustion is effective in treating CAP.
