不同施灸面积的灸法退热作用与体温调节中枢温度敏感神经元活动的关系 被引量:4

Relationship between the Antipyretic Effects of Moxibustion with Different Active Areas and the Activities of Temperature-sensitive Neurons in Thermoregulator Centers

摘要 目的观察灸法退热的体温中枢效应与穴区施灸面积之间的关系。方法选用新西兰兔30只,分为A组(静脉注射内毒素造模)、B组(注射内毒素后行40℃灸,施灸圆面直径为10 mm)、C组(注射内毒素后行40℃灸,施灸圆面直径为20 mm)、D组(注射内毒素后行48℃灸,施灸圆面直径为10 mm)、E组(注射内毒素后行48℃灸,施灸圆面直径为20 mm),每组6只。实验在动物肌肉松弛、行人工呼吸条件下进行。穴位取至阳穴,以视前区下丘脑前部热敏神经元放电为指标,观察5组处理对热敏神经元放电的影响。结果 B组与C组、D组与E组比较,中枢温度敏感神经元的放电变化有明显差异,这种差异是由于施灸面积的改变而引起,经统计学检验,具有显著的正相关关系。结论穴位施灸面积的大小能够影响疗效。 Objective To investigate a relationship between the reaction of thermoregulator centers to antipyretic moxibustion and its active area at the point. Methods Thirty New Zealand rabbits were enrolled and allocated to groups A (intravenous injection of endotoxin for model making), B (intravenous injection of endotoxin followed by 40℃ moxibustion with an active area of 10 mm in diameter), C (intravenous injection of endotoxin followed by 40℃ moxibustion with an active area of 20 mm in diameter), D (intravenous injection of endotoxin followed by 48℃ moxibustion with an active area of 10 mm in diameter) and E (intravenous injection of endotoxin followed by 48℃moxibustion with an active area of 20 mm in diameter). The experiment was performed under the relaxation of animal muscles and artificial respiration. Point Zhiyang was selected. Discharge of temperature-sensitive neurons in the preoptic-anterior hypothalamus was used as an index. The effect of treatment on discharge of temperature-sensitive neurons was observed in the five groups. Results Comparisons between groups B and C and between groups D and E showed significant differences in discharge of central temperature-sensitive neurons. The differences were caused by the change in the active area of moxibustion. Statistical analysis showed a significant positive correlation. Conclusion The size of the active area of moxibustion at the point can influence the therapeutic effect.
