概述了中国加入 WTO的意义 ,分析了加入 WTO后中国石化集团公司面临的种种压力 ;指出在环境改变的同时 ,中国石化集团公司只有改变观念、适应体制、调整结构、技术创新、降低成本、开展国际化经营、加强信息分析整理和营销网络建设 ,才能在国际竞争中立于不败之地。
The paper expounds briefly the significance for China to join WTO,analyses the various pressures facing SINOPEC after entering WTO,and points out that with a changed environment,only by changing its concept,adjusting systems and structure,technological innovation,reducing cost,internationalized operation,enhancing information analysis and arrangement as well as the construction of operation net work can SINOPEC stand in an invincible position in international competition.
