摘要
在离子液体三氟化硼乙醚(BFEE)中直接电化学沉积制备聚噻吩膜。1.1V恒电位下聚合生成掺杂态的蓝绿色聚噻吩膜a,然后通过0.2V恒电位扫描将蓝绿色膜还原成本征态的亮红色膜b。利用循环伏安法研究聚噻吩膜的电化学性能。结果表明,在离子液体BFEE中制备得到的聚噻吩膜具有良好的电化学稳定性;通过电输运测试系统分别测试了这两种不同状态聚噻吩膜的电阻率,计算得到膜a和b对应的电导率分别为44.64S/cm和1.33S/cm。
Turquoise doped state polythiophene film (a) was obtained through electrochemical deposition in an ionic liquid BFEE with a 1. 1 V constant potential. Applying 0. 2 V constant voltage on film (a), red film of undoped state (b) was obtained. Cyclic voltammetry (CV) determination showed that the polythiophene film from BFEE possessed better electrochemical stability. The electric conductivity of the two polythiophene film was 44. 64 and 1.33 S/cm, respectively.
