摘要
通过熔融共混方法制备高密度聚乙烯(PE-HD)/竹粉/玄武岩纤维共混物,研究了竹粉和玄武岩纤维对PEHD的拉伸强度、弯曲强度、冲击强度和耐热性能的影响。结果表明,加入竹粉,PE-HD/竹粉复合材料的拉伸强度和冲击强度显著下降,但是弯曲强度有所上升,材料显脆性;当玄武岩纤维部分取代竹粉后,PE-HD/竹粉/玄武岩纤维复合材料的拉伸强度、弯曲强度和冲击强度得到大幅度增加,体现了玄武岩纤维与竹粉较好的协同效应。
PE-HD/bamboo powder/basalt fiber composites were prepared via melting blending, and the influence of bamboo powder and basalt fiber on tensile, bending, impact strengths and heat resistance was studied. It showed that the bamboo powder decreased the tensile and impact strengths, but increased the bending strength. When basalt fiber was introduced, tensile and bending strengths as well as the toughness of the composites were improved.
