摘要
节段式多级离心注水泵常采用的平衡盘装置易被磨损 ,而平衡鼓装置存在泄漏量大的问题 ,为此提出注水泵采用兼有平衡盘和平衡鼓优点的双平衡鼓装置。为最大限度地减少注水泵双平衡鼓装置的泄漏损失 ,在保证平衡装置工作灵敏、可靠和寿命长等条件下 ,提出了以其泄漏损失最小为目标函数的平衡装置平衡力优化设计方法。计算结果表明 ,该方法较传统的设计方法方便 ,计算精度高 ,用此方法设计的平衡装置的泄漏量小 ,平衡盘不易磨损。
The balancing disk on multiple stage centrifugal pumps for waterflooding is apt to be worn and the balancing drum works with large leakage, thereby a double balancing drums mechanism is developed. To reduce the leakage of the mechanism to a minimum, by taking the minimum leakage as the objective function, a method for optimizing the balancing force of the balancing mechanism is put forward. The result of calculation shows that this method is accurate and simple. The balancing mechanism designed with this method has minor leakage and is not easy to be worn.
