摘要
从电化学加工的角度对国外正流式电化学射孔器和新研制的侧流式电化学射孔器的结构特点做了分析和比较。针对侧流式射孔器在射孔过程中加工区局部出现死水区的缺点 ,对其阴极流场设计做了改进 :将通液槽由平底改为中间高两端槽口低的凸起曲面 ,中间凸起处为阴极加工面。有一定起伏坡度的通液槽对加工区起引流作用 ,从而改善该处的液流状况。在对比试验中 ,原阴极流场加工 3 6min未打通孔 ,改进后仅用 5min即打通。还做了 2次打 2 0孔的试验 ,打通率均在 90 %以上。试验证明侧流式射孔器在地面条件下是可行的 ,但要应用到井下还需进一步研究。
The design features of electrochemical perforators are analyzed. To overcome the shortcoming of the side flow type perforator, the cathode flow field of the perforator is redesigned to improved flow conditions of the electrolyte. Twenty perforations were made twice by the new perforator in the lab test. Only 5 minutes were taken to carry out a perforation by using the redesigned perforator. The lab test shows that the design of the new perforator is feasible, but more work should be done to use it in a well.
