针对以往含套管气油井必须配用结构复杂的套管气回收装置 ,尤其是在北方油田寒冷的冬季 ,还须安装伴热系统等缺点 ,研制成一种用于KYJD2 4 5/65多功能偏心井口的新型套管气回收装置。这种新型套管气回收装置是在原有偏心井口装置的偏心转体上设计一种特殊的结构来回收套管气 ,在寒冷温度环境下无需任何伴热装置 ,结构简单 ,性能安全可靠 ,操作维修方便。经 2 0 0口油井的现场应用表明 ,装配新型套管气回收装置的KYJD2 4 5/65多功能偏心井口 ,对原多功能偏心井口原有的各种功能及油井作业没有影响 ,并可回收天然气 ,节约能源 ,经济效益可观。

Wellheads for gas producing wells are usually provided with complicated casing head gas collecting unit, and need heating device in winter. A new casing head gas collecting device for multiple function decentralized wellhead, which is simple and needs no heating devices, is developed. The key point of the new unit lies in a special gas collecting mechanim fixed on the eccentric swivel of the wellhead. Application proves this unit has good performance.
