摘要
在聚丙烯酰胺装置的四座高 45m的化工烟囱安装施工中 ,针对长细比较大且壁薄的钢构件整体吊装的需要 ,设计采用套筒式专用吊具实施吊装 ,既改善了构件的受力状况 ,增加了节点强度 ,又避免了在构件上焊接吊耳易发生局部失稳而产生永久变形的难题。
In the installation of four 45 meter high stacks on polypropylene amide unit, to meet the requirements in hoisting long slim steel member with thin wall thickness, specialized sleeve type hoisting tool was designed, which improves the conditions of forces imposed on the steel member, and increases the node strength and eliminates the problem of permanent deformation caused by the stabilization loss of welded hoisting lug.\;
