视黄醇结合蛋白4与2型糖尿病患者颈动脉中层内膜厚度的相关性研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的该研究旨在了解血清视黄醇结合蛋白4(RBP4)与2型糖尿病患者颈动脉中层内膜厚度(IMT)的关系。方法根据超声测定颈动脉中层内膜厚度值将2型糖尿病患者分为合并动脉粥样硬化组(AS)31例和非动脉粥样硬化组(Non-AS)29例,并选29例健康人做对照。采用酶联免疫吸附测定法(ELISA)测定空腹血清RBP4浓度;并测定各组的身高、体重、腰围、腰臀围比、糖化血红蛋白、血脂、空腹血糖及胰岛素水平等,计算体重指数及胰岛素抵抗指数,分析RBP4与2型糖尿病患者颈动脉中层内膜厚度及各指标间的关系。结果①与正常对照组比较,Non-AS组血清RBP4水平显著升高,且AS组高于Non-AS组;②单因素相关性分析显示:血清RBP4与颈动脉中内膜厚度(IMT)呈显著正相关。结论 RBP4可能参与了2型糖尿病患者动脉粥样硬化的发病机制。 【Objective】To explore the relationship of serum RBP4 and intima-media thickness(IMT) of carotid artery in type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).【Methods】By measuring the carotid IMT by ultrasound B,60 diabetics were divided into 2 groups.Group AS included 31 cases with increased carotid IMT.Group Non-AS included 29 cases with normal carotid IMT.Serum RBP4 was measured with enzyme-linked immunoassay.Height,waist circumference,weight,WHR,HbA1c,blood lipid and serum glucose and insulin were also measured.Then homeostatic model assessment-insulin resistance(HOMA-IR) and body mass index(BMI) were calculated.【Results】①Compared with the control group,serum RBP4 in Group AS was higher.Serum RBP4 in Group AS was significantly higher than those in group Non-AS.②Serum RBP4 had positive relationships with IMT.【Conclusions】The plasma level of RBP4 was positively correlated with carotid IMT.It might be used as a clinical marker to predict the degree of AS.
