摘要
目的比较ProTaper Universal再治疗器械和R-Endo镍钛器械在根管再治疗中清理根管内充填物的效果。方法收集60例仅一个根管的离体牙,统一工作长度为16 mm,采用Hero642镍钛机用器械预备根管,以热压胶连续波充填技术及AHPlus根充糊剂充填根管,将以上60例离体牙随机均分为A、B两组,A组采用ProTaper Universal再治疗器械清除根管内充填牙胶尖,B组采用R-Endo清除根管内充填牙胶尖。记录并比较各组根管预备所需时间、根管内充填材料残留情况以及在预备过程中是否出现台阶、堵塞或侧穿等情况。结果 2种镍钛再治疗器械进行再治疗根管预备根尖段部分的残留率明显高于上段和中段(均P<0.05)。A组中1只D2,1只D3轻微变形,B组中2只R3轻微变形。两组中均未发生器械分离情况。A组与B组完成再治疗根管预备的时间分别为(301.9±46.7)s和(283.4±57.2)s,组间比较无统计学差异。两组离体牙在再治疗的根管预备中均未产生台阶、堵塞以及侧穿等意外情况。结论两种机用镍钛器械均不能完全清除根管内充填材料,但可明显缩短操作时间。
【Objective】To compare the effect of root canal filling materials cleared by ProTaper Universal re treatment equipment,R-Endo.【Methods】60 cases of extracted teeth with only one root canal were collected and the work length was unified into 16 mm.The root canals were prepared by Hero 642 nickel-titanium instruments,and filled with AHPlus sealers by continuous wave of condensation technique.All the 60 cases were divided into group A(ProTaper Universal re-treatment equipment) and group B(R-Endo) to clear gutta percha.Operating time,residual filling material and complications were recorded and compared.【Results】There were no statistically significant differences of residual rate between A and B groups(P 0.05).Residual rate of filling materials in root tip zone was significantly higher than those in upper zone and middle zone in the 2 groups(P 0.05).A D2 and a D3 were slightly deformed in A group,2 D3 slightly were deformed in group B.None instrument separation were found among the 2 groups.The operating time in group A was(301.9±46.7) s,and(283.4±57.2) s in group B,and no statistically significant differences were found between the 2 groups(P 0.05).None complications were found in the 2 groups.【Conclusion】Root canal filling materials couldn't be completely cleared by both of the 2 kinds of machine equipments.But the clearance rate with machine nickel-titanium file was higher and the operating time needed was shorter.
