类风湿性关节炎的间充质干细胞治疗研究进展 被引量：5

摘要 类风湿性关节炎（rheumatoid arthritis,RA）是一种以关节软骨侵蚀为主要表现的全身性自身免疫性疾病。滑膜的增生和组织炎症破坏受累的关节及周围组织,引起关节畸形和功能障碍,病变可累及所有含滑膜的关节,其中以手、足最为常见。全球人口总的发病率为1%～2%,男女之比为1∶2.5,
