摘要
提出了一种基于模态试验(锤击法)来辨识汽车动力总成各刚体惯性参数的方法(质量线法)。该方法首先利用模态试验获得振动加速度的传递函数,然后通过运动学和动力学方程来求出动力总成的质量矩阵及质心位置,进而求出各惯性参数。论述了对动力总成进行模态试验的方法及注意事项。通过与三线扭摆法试验所得结果进行对比,表明了该质量线法辨识动力总成刚体惯性参数的精确性。
Basing on modal test(Hammering Method),this paper presents a method called Mass Line Method to identify rigid body inertial parameters of automotive powertrain.This method firstly uses modal test to obtain transfer function of vibration acceleration,then obtain powertrain mass matrix and center of gravity through kinematic and kinetic equations,finally obtain the inertial parameters.Method and precautions to perform powertrain modal test are expounded.Compared with results of trifilar torsional pendulum test,accuracy of this Mass Line Method to identify rigid body inertial parameter of powertrain is verified
