摘要
提高线形设计的安全性是减少公路本身内在安全隐患的主要途径,而如何快速准确对其进行评价是公路线形设计工作中经常面临的难题。阐述了公路线形设计中进行安全性评价的必要性和紧迫性,引入了以运行速度协调性为核心的线形安全性评价指标,讨论了其评价标准,给出了以分段计算模型法为核心的运行速度计算方法和具体公式,在此基础上结合纬地HintV85软件提出了进行公路线形安全性评价的交互式建模方法,最后进行了实例应用。结果表明:该方法一方面可以有效地提高公路线形设计安全的可靠性,另一方面可以促进交互式公路安全设计。
Improving the safety of alignment is a main approach to reduce the internal unsafe hidden danger, yet how to evaluate it fast and accurately is often a difficult problem in highway alignment design. The necessity and urgency of safety evaluation for highway alignment design is elaborated at first, and then, the evaluation indicators centered by operating speed compatibility are introduced followed by evaluation criterion; besides, the section-based method and specific formula for calculating operating speed is put forward as the basic theory. Subsequently, interactive modeling method for evaluating safety of highway alignment using HintV85 software is proposed; finally, a sample application is provided. The result indicated that the method introduced above can improve the safety reliability to design highway alignment and promote interactive highway safety design.
