摘要
传统沥青四组分分离方法采用双链球加压,经柱层析法进行分离,现采用减压柱层析分离方法,通过真空表精确控制系统内压以提供稳定压差,克服了传统加压式分离沥青四组分试验中双链球加压的不精确性和耗人力性,并可实现多组试验平行进行,不仅提高了分离精确度和工作效率,而且降低了实验人员的工作强度,为实现实验的重复性和重现性提供了有力的技术保证。
The four-component separation method for asphalt traditional carried is based on the pres- surized column chromatography by using a double hammer to supply proper pressure. In this article, reduced pressure column chromatography separation method is used to separate the four components of asphalt. Under this condition, the stable differential pressure is supplied by controlling the pressure of system using vacuum table. This new method overcame the disadvantages of the traditional separation method in imprecision and human-consumption. Moreover, more parallel-group tests also can be carried at the same time. Therefore, it lowered the labor intensity of operator. More important, this method can im- prove the separation efficiency and comparison, which provided powerful technical guarantee for the reali-zation of repeatability and reproducibility.
