摘要
刚毛藻的存在给生态修复和湖泊管理带来许多问题。沿滇池湖岸线每隔约5km设置1个采样点,共设置25个样点,每季度进行1次采样,调查了滇池沿岸带刚毛藻种群结构和分布特征。在种类组成上,在滇池共鉴定到4种刚毛藻,分别是寡枝刚毛藻(Cladophora oligoclona)、脆弱刚毛藻(Cladophora fracta)、疏枝刚毛藻(Cladopho-ra insignis)和绉刚毛藻(Cladophora crispata)。在空间分布上,滇池西岸常年以寡枝刚毛藻(C.oligoclona)为优势种;东岸在秋、冬季节以脆弱刚毛藻(C.fracta)和绉刚毛藻(C.crispata)为优势种;但过渡到春、夏季,优势种演替为寡枝刚毛藻(C.oligoclona)。研究结果为下一步研究刚毛藻在生态系统恢复中如何影响沉水植被建立打下良好的基础。
The presence of Cladophora brings many problems to the ecological restoration and the lake management. Along the Dianchi lake shoreline, the sampling locations were set about every 5 km, which were total 25 of them. The samples were collected quarterly and the population structure and the distributing characteristics of Cladophora in the littoral zone of Dianchi Lake were surveyed. As to the species composition, four species of Cladophora were identified in Dianchi lake, which are Cladophora oligoclona、Cladophora fracta、Cladophora insignis and Cladophora crispata. Considering about the spatial distribution, the west bank was predominated by the C. oligoclona all the time in a year; the east coast had the dominant species of C. fracta and C. crispata in the autumn and winter, however, it came to the spring and summer, the dominant species became C. oligoclona. These results will establish a good foundation for the further researches about the effection of Cladophora on the submerged vegetation in the restoration of the ecosystem.
