摘要 介绍了双质量飞轮铸件的结构特点和工艺要求,对铸件夹渣,皱皮,冷隔,缩松等缺陷进行了分析。砂型铸造双质量飞轮铸件先由水平造型生产线生产,后改用DISA垂直造型生产线生产,对熔炼、浇注温度和浇冒口系统进行了工艺改进。应用改进后的工艺生产出了合格的双质量飞轮铸件,提高了成品率。 This article describes the structural characteristics and process requirements of the dual mass flywheel castings, the defects were analyzed, such as slag inclusion, elephant skin, cold shut, dispersed shrinkage etc. The casting was produced on the horizontal molding line and then on DISA vertical line, according to the different defects of the castings, the melting process, the pouring temperature and the gating system were improved. The qualified castings were produced and the yield was increased after process improvement.
