摘要 目的研究小儿清炎合剂最佳水提工艺条件。方法采用单因素实验,以荭草苷为评价指标,对影响提取效率的主要因素(煎煮次数、加水倍量、煎煮时间)进行考察,确定各因素的水平范围;在此基础上,再进行L9(34)正交实验,实验结果通过极差、方差分析,优选最佳提取工艺。结果小儿清炎合剂最佳水提工艺条件为:煎煮3次,每次加12倍量水,煎煮1h。结论优化后的小儿清炎合剂水提工艺科学、合理,符合生产要求。 Objective To study the optimal water extraction technique of Xiaoer Qingyan Mixture. Methods The level of main factors affecting the extraction efficiency (boiling times, the amount of water,and boiling time) was determined by using a single factor experiment with orientin content as an evaluation index. The optimal extraction conditions were obtained by the experiment with an orthogonal design L9 ( 3^4 ) and variance analysis. Results The optimal water extraction of Xiaoer Qingyan Mixture was boiling three times,adding twelve folds of water each time and boiling one hour. Conclusion The optimal water extraction process of Xiaoer Qingyan Mixture is scientific,reasonable and in line with the production requirement.
