摘要
目的研究飞龙掌血茎的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、制备高效液相色谱及反复重结晶等方法进行分离纯化,根据波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果从飞龙掌血茎的乙酸乙酯部位中分离并鉴定了7个化合物,分别为:飞龙掌血素(1),飞龙掌血双香豆素(2),8′-(2′,3′-二羟基-3′-甲丁基)-5,7-二甲氧基香豆素(3),飞龙掌血新双香豆素(4),白屈菜红碱(5),橙皮素(6)和橙皮苷(7)。结论化合物1~7均为首次从飞龙掌血茎中分离得到,其中化合物6为首次从飞龙掌血属植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of the stems of Toddalia asiatica. Method The chemical constituents were isolated and purified via silica gel column chromatography,preparative high-performance liquid chromatography as well as recrys- tallization. Their structures were determined on the basis of spectral analysis and physicochemical properties. Result Seven com- pounds were isolated and obtained from the ethyl acetate fractions. Their structures were identified as toddaculine (1), toddasin (2) ,mexoticin (3),toddalosin (4),chelerythrine (5), hesperitin (6),and hesperidin (7). Conclusion All of the seven compounds were isolated from the stems of Toddalia asiatica for the first time,among which compound 6 was isolated from this genus for the first time.
