气相色谱法测定五层共挤膜输液用膜及原材料中残留单体苯乙烯 被引量:3

摘要 目的建立气相色谱法测定五层共挤膜输液用膜及原材料中残留单体苯乙烯的含量。方法用二硫化碳溶剂提取样品,使用6 890N气相色谱仪,色谱柱为DB-624石英毛细管柱(30m×0.25mm×1.20μm),进样口温度:200℃,氢火焰离子化检测器温度:300℃,采用程序升温,进样量:1μL。结果苯乙烯在0.05~2.0μg·mL-1范围内线性关系良好(r=0.998 9),最低检测限达1mg·kg-1。结论所建立的气相色谱法稳定性好、准确度高,可用于五层共挤膜输液用膜及原材料中残留单体苯乙烯的测定。苯乙烯在输液用膜及原材料中的残留量均符合GB 9692-1988食品包装用聚苯乙烯树脂卫生标准中小于0.5%的规定。 Objective To establish a gas chromatography method for the determination of residual styrene monomer in 5-layer co-ex- trusion films used for infusion samples and in raw materials. Methods Styrene was extracted by carbon disulfide,and then analyzed by 6 890 N gas chromatograph with a DB-624 quartz capillary column (30 m×0.25 mm×1.20 μm) by using temperature-pro- grammed. Temperatures of inlet and detector were 200 and 300 ℃ (FID), respectively. Injection volume was 1 μL. Results Styrene had a good linear relationship in the range of 0. 05 - 2. 0 μg · mL^- 1 (r = 0. 998 9). The detection limit was less than 1 mg ·kg^-1 for styrene under the selected conditions. Conclusion This validated method is available for the quality evaluation and quality control of styrene in 5-layer co-extrusion films used for infusion samples and in raw materials. Contents of residual styrene monomer in 5-layer co-extrusion films used for infusion samples and in raw materials were less than 0.5 % set by hygienic standard of polystyrene resin for food packaging (GB 9692-1988).
