简述了中国润滑油行业发展中经历的生产导向型、生产经营型、销售主导型和营销型等不同阶段,提出建立市场导向型润滑油企业是润滑油行业发展的必然。基于市场导向理论,提出了市场导向型润滑油企业的模型,并探讨了建立市场导向型润滑油企业的必要条件。
Give a brief account of the China lube industry development course including production orientationstage, production business type stage, sales-dominated type stage and marketing type stage. The setting-up of a mar-ket-oriented enterprise is a necessity of the China lube industry development course; similarly the characteristics fromlube industry also calls the setting-up of a market-oriented enterprise. Market orientation is the organizationwide gene-ration of market intelligence pertaining to current and future customer needs, dissemination of the intelligence acrossdepartments, and organizationwide responsiveness to it. Based on the theory of market orientation, put forward themodel of a market-oriented enterprise, then discuss some necessary conditions for building a market-oriented lube en-terprise.
