摘要
针对液压导轨油具有良好的清净分散性、较好的抗磨性和较好的防“爬行”性的特点,进行基础油和添加剂的选择及考察,筛选出最佳配方,并于1999年11月在广州机床研究所进行了防“爬行”试验。结果表明:长城公司研制的HG220等液压导轨油符合质量标准,达到了国外同类产品质量水平。
The base oil and additives for hydraulic slideway oil were selected and investigated to the requirementson cleaning dispersion and adrasion resistance etc of the oil product. An optimized formula was determined and sent toGuangzhou Machine Tool Institute for slide-slip test in Nov. 1999, Results of the test shows that the HG220 hydraulicslideway oil formulated by the Great Wall Super Quality Lube Oil Co. Ltd. completely meets the quality specificationsand has reached the quality level of comparable foreign products.
