摘要
为了研究叠片联轴器补偿系统在安装或运行过程中产生的角向不对中的能力,基于挠性元件的变形原理,给出了计算叠片联轴器角向刚度的新方法。通过分析关节叠片联轴器和普通叠片联轴器角向变形时的两个极限位置,应用数值解法推导出了两种联轴器的角度变形刚度计算公式,分析了两种联轴器在角向刚度方面存在差异的原因。通过算例证明了该公式的有效性和实用性,研究结果表明,关节叠片联轴器补偿角向不对中的能力远强于普通叠片联轴器。
In order to explore the compensation capacity of angular misalignment for a system process of installation or operation,a new method for calculating the angular stiffness was developed according to the deformation principle of the flexible components.The calculation formulas for the angular stiffness of the laminated membrane coupling with joint bearing and the laminated membrane coupling without joint bearing were built based on the positions of the maximum deformation and the minimum deformation respectively,and the reasons why they were difference were analyzed.The numerical example concludes that the calculation formulas are validity and practicability.The results show that the compensation capacity of the laminated membrane coupling with joint bearing is greater than the laminated membrane coupling without joint bearing.
