Enhancing Comprehensive Reform in Education and Wading across Its Abyssal Zone Steadily

当前,我国教育改革已经步入"深水区",教育发展的内外部环境更加复杂,教育决策制定和改革举措实施的难度不断增加。进一步转变教育观念,加强教育科学研究和政策研究;建立统筹协调机制,营造良好社会氛围,推进教育综合改革和协同创新,是平稳涉过教育改革"深水区"的必然选择。

At present, the education reform in China is stepping into its abyssal zone, which indicates that both the internal and external environments of education development are increasingly complicated, and the decision-making and reform-implementing are increasingly difficult. Therefore, the necessities to wade across the abyssal zone steadily include the follows： firstly, the education concept has to be further updated; secondly, the education policy research need to be reinforced; thirdly, planning and coordinating mechanism should be established; fourthly, a harmonious social atmosphere should be built; finally, comprehensive reform and collaborative innovation in education need to be enhanced.
