An Exploration of Cultivating Mode on Innovative Talents in Senior High Schools ——Based on "Aoxiang Plan" in Beijing

摘要 高中阶段是一个人创新意识、创新思维、创新能力发展的关键时期,也是创新人才培养的重要时期。北京市实施"翱翔计划",在高中阶段,依托首都丰富的科技资源优势,创新工作策略,致力于建立让学生"在科学家身边成长"的课程模式和培养机制,为学有余力、具有创新潜质的优秀高中生提供开放的学习空间,让学生走进高校和科研院所实验室获得科研过程的体验以及科学精神的熏陶,开展了创新人才选拔、培养、评价和发展的顶层设计和实践探索。 Senior high school is a key period for the development of a student in innovative awareness, thinking and ability, and also a very important time for cultivating innovative talents. "Aoxiang Plan" dedicates itself to build up a curriculum mode and cultivation system, that is "growing-up with the guidance of scientists", in senior high school for students with rich science and technology resources in Beijing and innovative working strategy. "Aoxiang Plan" offers an open study environment for excellent senior high school students with further study capacity and innovation potentials, provides an opportunity for students to experience the research process and scientific spirit in laboratories of universities and research academies, and carries out top-level design and practical exploration for selection, cultivation, evaluation and development of innovative talents.
