摘要
20世纪90年代以来,大学知识生产经历了重大的变化,出现了新的景观:全球化、多样化和大众化、工业界的介入、政府监管的强化、知识生产方式的变化、学科的分化与交叉融合、知识市场化、实体大学存亡的争议、专业化的减弱、学者劳动强度的增大等。在此背景下,大学必须正视新媒体革命的冲击,在知识生产的制高点和文化引领方面发挥主导作用,坚持学科自身演进和学科外部适应两条路径。大学学科建设和评价的标准应该是学科发展与人才培养两个变量,明确不同类型和层次高校的核心职责和使命,建立高校联盟,以解决自身功能的不足和资源的局限性。
Since the 1990's, university knowledge production has undergone significant changes, and appeared new landscapes, such as globalization, diversification and popularization, the intervention of industry, the consolidation of government supervision, the change of production mode of knowledge, the disciplinary differentiation and integration, the marketization of knowledge, the dispute on survival or downfall of entity universities, the weakness of professionalization, and the increase of the labor intensity of scholars, etc. In this context, the entity university must face up to the impact of new media revolution, play a leading role in commanding heights of knowledge production and culture guidance. University development should adhere to discipline's own evolution and the external adaptation to discipline. University discipline construction and evaluation criteria should be the two variables of subject and students, the different types and levels of universities should be treated differently, the core responsibility and mission of universities should be cleared, university alliance should also be established, so that the function insufficiency and resource limitation of universities can be solved
