城乡教育互动发展联盟是一种在市域内促进城乡教育均衡发展的模式,该模式将城市优质学校与农村薄弱学校、新学校联合起来,利用城市优质学校的优质教育资源的辐射、带动功能促进农村学校的发展。保障城乡教育互动发展联盟健康、持续发展还需建立具有特色的发展机制、对联盟的成效进行专业化的全程评估、将联盟的成效与行政人员的绩效结合起来。
