摘要 城乡教育互动发展联盟是一种在市域内促进城乡教育均衡发展的模式,该模式将城市优质学校与农村薄弱学校、新学校联合起来,利用城市优质学校的优质教育资源的辐射、带动功能促进农村学校的发展。保障城乡教育互动发展联盟健康、持续发展还需建立具有特色的发展机制、对联盟的成效进行专业化的全程评估、将联盟的成效与行政人员的绩效结合起来。 The interactive development alliance of urban and rural education is a new mode to promote the balanced development of urban and rural education in prefecture-level cities, which has formed the cooperative alliance by integrating the urban high-quality schools with the rural weak or new schools. The mode is engaged in promoting the development of rural schools with the radioactive and leading function of the high-quality educational resources of the urban high-quality schools. To guarantee the healthy and sustainable development of the urban and rural interactive development, the characteristic development mechanism should be established, the professional and full assessment on the achievements of the alliance should be carried out, and the effect of alliance with the performance of the administrative personnel should be integrated.
